If you are interested in a custom ceramic piece, please complete the appropriate inquiry form below. I will review your request and provide a quote based on the size, materials, design, and complexity of the piece.
Payment & Design Process

For designs that require a digital rendering or sketch, a 10% nonrefundable, deposit will be required. The rendering will be provided after the deposit has been received.

One opportunity to request changes to the design is included. Additional design revisions may be subject to a $5 revision fee per change.

Once production has begun, the remaining balance will be due in full.

Production will not begin until full payment has been received and all necessary design details have been finalized.
Production Timeline
Please allow 6–8 weeks for completion after the deposit has been received and the design has been approved. Completion times may vary depending on the complexity of the piece, materials, kiln schedules, and current order volume. I will provide an estimated completion date when your order is accepted and will communicate any significant delays.
Handmade Nature of Ceramics
Each piece is individually handmade, so minor variations in size, shape, color, texture, and finish are natural characteristics of handmade ceramics and are not considered defects. Glaze colors and finishes may also vary slightly from digital renderings, photographs, or previously made pieces due to the nature of the ceramic firing process.
Cancellations, Breakage & Refunds
Because custom ceramic pieces are made specifically for you, all custom orders are final once production has begun. If a piece is damaged or breaks during the making or firing process, I will contact you to discuss the available options. Depending on the circumstances, I may offer to remake the piece, modify the design, or provide a refund. If a completed piece is damaged during shipping, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs of the damage so that we can determine the appropriate next steps.
Final Approval
Once a design has been approved, any additional changes may require an additional fee and may affect the estimated completion timeline. Please carefully review all design details before providing final approval.

Cat Mug

Size: 14 oz
Customize a mug inspired by your favorite feline! Your cat mug can be created from reference photos of your own cat or based on a specific type or breed of cat you have in mind.
Using Your Cat as a Reference:
If you would like your mug to be based on your own cat, please email reference photos after submitting the custom order form. Clear photos that show your cat’s features, coloring, and markings are helpful when creating the design.
Choosing a Cat Design:
If you don't have a specific cat in mind, simply describe the type, breed, coloring, or general look you would like, and Emily will use your description as inspiration for the design.
Custom Design Pricing:
The starting price is $40. Additional cost may apply depending on the complexity of the design.
A Note About the Design:
Each cat mug is a handmade artistic rendering and will not be an exact replica of your cat. Photos and descriptions are used as inspiration to create a unique ceramic interpretation of your pet or chosen cat design. Because each piece is handmade, variations in the final design are to be expected.
