Payment
Payment in full is required before production begins. Wholesale orders will not be placed into production until full payment has been received. Once payment has been received, the order is considered confirmed and production will begin according to the estimated production timeline.
Wholesale Pricing:
Wholesale pricing applies only to approved wholesale orders. Retail pricing will be provided with your order and should be followed when displaying and selling items to customers.
Minimum Orders:
Wholesale orders may be subject to a minimum order quantity or minimum purchase amount, depending on the products ordered.
Order Confirmation:
Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.
Production & Fulfillment:
Wholesale orders require a minimum production time of 6–8 weeks. Production times may vary depending on the size and complexity of the order, materials needed, kiln schedules, current order volume, and other factors. An estimated completion date will be provided when your order is placed, and any significant delays will be communicated as soon as possible.
The Handmade Nature of Ceramics:
Each piece is handmade and will have its own unique characteristics. Slight variations in size, shape, color, texture, glaze, and finish are natural results of the ceramic process and should be expected. Small imperfections or variations are not considered defects and are part of what makes each piece one of a kind. Glaze colors and finishes may also vary slightly from photos, samples, or previous orders due to the nature of the firing process.
Damaged or Defective Items:
All pieces are inspected before being delivered or shipped. If an item arrives damaged or has a significant defect, please contact Emily as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging so the issue can be reviewed.
Resale:
Wholesale items are purchased for resale at the agreed-upon retail price. Items may not be altered, reproduced, or represented as being made by another artist or business.
Returns & Exchanges:
Wholesale purchases are final. Returns or exchanges will only be considered for items that arrive damaged or have a significant defect.
Terms:
By submitting a wholesale order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. Emily reserves the right to modify these terms for future wholesale orders.

Wholesale mugs are offered in assorted collections, allowing you to receive a variety of unique designs without selecting individual pieces.
All mugs are 14 oz. and have a required retail price of $40 each.

Once you select a collection, Emily will create a random assortment of mugs based on previous designs from that category. Individual designs cannot be selected.
This assortment model allows Emily to create a unique selection while embracing the handmade nature of the work. Because each piece is individually made, designs, colors, and details will vary from order to order. The assortment you receive will be unique to your order and may not be replicated exactly in future orders.

Unfiltered Collection
A little delicate, a little inappropriate.
The Unfiltered Collection features handmade teacups with swear words written in delicate calligraphy and paired with floral designs.
Each teacup holds at least 8 oz. and has a required retail price of $35 each.
Orders will include an even assortment of each available word. Individual words cannot be selected.
Glaze Colors:
Glaze colors will be randomly selected based on previous Unfiltered Collection designs. Colors and combinations will vary from order to order, making each assortment unique.
Because each piece is handmade, the exact designs, floral details, and glaze combinations may vary from previous examples. The assortment you receive will be curated to maintain the overall look and feel of the Unfiltered Collection.
