Payment & Design Process

• A 50%, nonrefundable deposit is required before a digital rendering of your banner design will be created and sent to you for approval.

• Your deposit covers the initial design and one round of revisions.

• One opportunity to request changes to the design is included. Each additional round of changes will be subject to a $5 revision fee.

• Once the design has been approved, the remaining balance will be due in full before production begins.

• Production will not begin until the final design has been approved and full payment has been received.

• Applicable taxes will be applied to the total cost.

 

Production Timeline

Please allow 4–6 weeks for completion after full payment has been received and the final design has been approved. Completion times may vary depending on the complexity of the design, order volume, and availability of materials. You will be notified of any significant delays.

 

Design Approval

Once the final design has been approved, additional changes may require an additional fee and may affect the estimated completion timeline. Please carefully review your design before providing final approval.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of these products, all sales are final. Deposits and payments are non-refundable once work on the custom design has begun.
