Underglaze Decals
Hand wash gently.
All Other Ceramic Pieces
Dishwasher safe.
To help your handmade pieces last, handle them with care and avoid sudden temperature changes.
Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final. Because my work is handmade and many pieces are one-of-a-kind, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the item and packaging, along with a description of the issue. I will review the situation and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are also final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun.
Shipping Policy
I currently ship orders within Pennsylvania only.
Shipping & Handling
A flat $20 shipping and handling fee will be added to shipped orders. This fee covers postage, packaging materials, and the time required to carefully pack and prepare your order for shipment.
Orders containing multiple items will still be charged one flat $20 shipping and handling fee.
Processing Time
In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days. Custom orders will follow the production timeline provided at the time of purchase.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in the Somerset, PA area. If you choose local pickup, no shipping fee will be charged.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. I will work with you to determine the best way to resolve the issue.
Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier. I am not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier before contacting me.

Each piece is handmade, making every item unique. Because of the handmade nature of my work, no two pieces are exactly alike. Slight variations in shape, size, glaze color, pattern, and finish are to be expected and are part of what makes each piece special.
